FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY
At our studio we offer flexibility and mobility training courses that cater to individuals of all fitness levels. We will guide you through a variety of techniques with a focus on active flexibility and mobility, to help you achieve your personal goals. Whether you’re aiming to increase your flexibility for dance or improve your athletic performance, our classes provide a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere to enhance your overall well-being. Every week we switch between focus on Front Splits, Middle Splits and Back & Shoulders. You can see the current rotation in our schedule.
Back & Shoulders • Especially if you follow aerial/pole classes, or spend a lot of time sitting at a desk hunched over your computer, these classes are great to improve your posture, reduce tension, and enhance your overall upper body mobility. We will work towards poses such as a full wheel, compass and more.
Front Splits • Here we will give some more TLC to our lower body. Through a combination of stretching, strengthening, and mobility drills, you’ll gradually increase your range of motion and safely work towards your front split goals. This will mean we will get you towards your standing splits, grounded splits and other poses like half moon bow and bird of paradise.
Middle Splits • In this class we will focus even more on the hips and work towards our middle splits, pancakes and co. Do you want to improve your straddles for your inverts or your straddle back balance or simply get a more solid genie? Then this class is right for you too.
