Our studio is a safe space to explore movement in the charming heart of Maastricht. In this studio you can find a supportive and welcoming community to discover the flow of pole dance, aerial dance, yoga and more. We regularly host community events, guest workshops and other special events so you can work in, work out and make connections.

It’s a wonderful way to improve your flexibility, strength, balance, and find tranquility within yourself. At our studio we offer a variety of yoga classes from hatha to vinyasa!

You can find our studio space in the heart of Maastricht. We are less than 5 minutes away from the train station with plenty of parking spaces for bikes and cars around the studio and the city center right down the street!

My experience with Nina is so so positive 😍 She literally supports every student in the class the way they need, she has infinite patience and she will always try to explain something in a different and new way even if she does it for the 100th time. I was struggling so much with inverts and she never made me feel bad about it, she literally came back from her teachers training with a new explanation cause she’d asked about it for me! I think she is an amazing teacher and every class is so much fun with her! I am so glad that I have started this journey with her and her way of teaching ❤️ Ps. She will also kick your ass with conditioning and practicing on your bad side 🥲

an invitation to (re)turn to spinning pole with intention and curiosity. we’ll learn a soft aerial sequence using weight shifts and engaging our contact points in ways that allow us to move seamlessly in and out of stunning shapes. building on this sequence, we’ll also explore alternative pathways in our flow. heels are optional.

• trace & glide: a sensual heels workshop. • lvl: beginner w exp.

this beginner-friendly heels workshop explores sensual movement through a seductive low flow sequence. we’ll focus on foundational techniques that turn heels into tools for fluid transitions. special attention is given to touch as a way of deepening body awareness and expression.

I was kind of waiting to post about this showcase because I know it would get very emotional - so stay with me…🤎 In may we welcomed ECHOES OF THE OCEAN to wildwavy - our first showcase to celebrate ourselves. It was the biggest event that we had so far - with so many people that the studio was PACKED. We had the most AMAZING performances and everyone’s voice was gone the next day. It was truly beautiful and for me personally it is still hard to grasp that somehow I got so lucky to be surrounded everyday with so many interesting and special souls. It was very scary opening this studio because I had no idea if it would be as successful as my first one, especially because now I did it fully alone and it was catering to so much more. Well not fully alone, because you were all there since day 0 rooting for this space. <3 And you trusted me to provide it so it could flourish into what it is today thanks to you. And we are still at the beginning!!! Wild Wavy turned 1 at the end of summer and there was no big announcement yet because I was honestly quite overwhelmed with it. Owning a business at such a young age, in a country that is not even your own, non-native languages and carrying so much responsibility is not for the weak and it is a challenge everyday. But seeing all of you in class being so happy and growing so much truly shows me that I would not want to trade it with anything else in the world. So thank you so much for being here. You are supporting not only a small one-person business but you are also supporting everyone around you that you see in class. You are all the reason while everyone can enjoy themselves, feels seen and safe every class. And that is so valuable in today’s world where there is so much expected of us everyday. But here you don’t have to, you can literally just be. So again thank you so much, even if you only follow the instagram page or you only went to one trial class and don’t even attend classes at the studio, just you even thinking about the studio means a lot. important to know before your class:
* do not wear any jewellery like rings etc since they can scratch you or the equipment
* be on time! else you can not join the class anymore (even if it is “just” 5 minutes, you can not miss any part of the warmup)
* do not come sick to class
* do not use any body lotion or hand cream before the class (ideally 24hrs before)

did you know that we offer OPEN FLOWS aka time to train on your own? During our open practice (pole or pole & aerial) you can come to the studio and practice whatever you want. The instructor that is present can spot you if needed and also any questions that might come up. It is a great way to add your own style to whatever you learned in class, repeat things you might not feel secure enough in or get inspired by/with the other movers. Some of you come to crochet and yap with us, some come for a coffee or you genuinely come and train. And sometimes we all end up together in a spinning chaos. Either way it is an easy way to hang out, make friends, work out and work in. We cant wait to see you! 🫶

We have open flows nearly everyday, always check the schedule for the next one! If you have a membership they are included for free, make sure you choose the open flow pass during checkout. 🤍✨
